SLV Vennie 2yr old ABCA female. This versatile young dog does well in both the arena and going to work. She spent a year with a professional trainer being shown on both sheep and cattle in the nursery and intermediate classes. She qualified in all classes and competed in the futurity for both species at MSSA finals in June 2025. She is a user friendly dog, very biddable and wont cause a wreck. She has a good gather, stop and knows her directions.
Last summer she was working on a feedlot and gathering cattle off the forest. She’s best suited for sheep but will work cattle. This fall she raised a beautiful litter of pups and is back in shape starting to trial again.
I have been working her since early December and she’s already earned sheep points/ money in MSSA intermediate and nursery. I will be working and trialing her until sold.
Vennie is a pleasure to be around, great with other dogs, people, cats etc. House and crate trained. Plus loves to ride in the pick up and travels well. She also does fabulous horseback riding for work or recreation.
